Great authentic Cuban food, you’re not gonna see the prices you will see in Miami. But the food it’s absolutely worth the price. Being from Miami Florida, and Moving to Myrtle beach. Cuban food was one of the only things that I missed. And I’m glad I can get a taste of home. Good variety of food, with everything being made in House. Alcoholic beverages and desserts. The Congri was absolutely delicious, lobster tail with shrimp was seasoned very well and was Absolutely delicious.
AMAZING. We loved the food here!! The staff is super duper friendly and the owner checked in on us a few times to make sure we were having a good time. We had delicious tacos and cuban sandwiches! The interior was so clean and vibrant! I asked to take a picture of the beautiful painting on the wall by the bar and the owner was really sweet and told me it was of in remembrance of his mother. We loved our experience! 10 stars if I could!!
Great authentic Cuban food. The staff were pleasant and very welcoming. I had the Ropa vieja, yuca frita, and tostones as my sides. I’d definitely come back. We also left with fresh bread and arroz con leche (rice pudding).
Leaping Lechon, this was a great find! While on our way to a boat charter, we passed this restaurant with intent on visiting, and were all glad we did. It was about 3 when we went, so it was dead but the staff great and the food was amazing! We ordered lechon, roasted chicken, empanadas and ropa vieja. It was all delicious and we will, without a doubt, return if we're ever back in MB.
Beef empanadas and a Cuban were ordered. Both were fantastic! Will go back for the breakfast ham fritters. All bread, pastries and cakes made fresh on site. Recommend.
Don’t judge this book by it’s cover… yes it’s an old Hardee’s building, but Cuba sports a beautiful interior with great food. We sampled lots of things today for lunch: chicken, pork, yucca, stuffed potato, tamales, rice & beans, plantains, and some super good fruit drinks and a Cuban coffee. Most of our food was wonderful, well seasoned and delicious. Pork was flavorful, but a little dry and rice wasn’t as fresh as we had hoped. The chicken was ++ Service was good, language was a slight issue, but we worked around it. Prices are average, Appetizers were reasonable. Portion sizes were smaller than I’m used to, but enough. I didn’t leave hungry. I want to come back and try the beef w/rice. Looked great, as did the Cuban sandwich.
We are Cuban, and we love that Cuba Bar & Restaurante is here in Myrtle Beach! Such a gem! We love that it is a Cuban family-owned establishment. The Cuban sandwich is fantastic and authentic. The cortaditos are fantastic. We loved the Ropa vieja and congris. Guava juice, tostones, croquetas… todos delicioso! We will be back many times with more family. Gracias!
